This Refund Policy applies to all services booked with The Kofuku Studio (OPC) Private Limited, including counselling, performance psychology, corporate/career counselling, nutrition, wellness, and fitness-related consultations.
1. Refund Eligibility:
- Cancellation 24 hours or more before the session: 100% refund
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the session: 50% refund
- No-show (not attending the session without prior notice): No refund
- Online Assessments: Payment is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, even if the assessment is not undertaken
2. Rescheduling Policy:
- Standard Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session without additional charges, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time
- Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling within 24 hours of your session will incur a 50% rescheduling fee to secure a new time slot
- Subject to Availability: All rescheduling is subject to practitioner availability. The Kofuku Studio is not liable if a specific preferred slot is unavailable
3. Payment & Third-Party Processing:
- Full Payment: Required at the time of booking
- Third-Party Gateways: The Kofuku Studio is not liable for transaction failures or delays caused by payment processors or bank servers
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe
4. Promotions & Termination:
- Offers: Promotion codes cannot be combined; introductory offers apply to new users only
- Termination: If your access is suspended for policy violations, no refunds will be issued. Accessing services post-termination is considered trespassing
