Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

This Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy applies to all services booked with The Kofuku Studio (OPC) Private Limited, including counselling, performance psychology, corporate/career counselling, nutrition, wellness, and fitness-related consultations.

1. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel 24+ hours before the session: Full refund (100%)
• Cancel within 24 hours of the session: Partial refund (50%)
• No-Show: Full fee is forfeited if you fail to attend without prior notice

2. Rescheduling Policy:

• Reschedule your session free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice
• Rescheduling within 24 hours of the session incurs a 50% fee of the session cost
• Once a session is rescheduled, the cancellation policy applies to the new date and time
• Rescheduling is subject to practitioner availability

3. Late Arrivals:

• Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time, regardless of arrival
• Full session fees apply even for late arrivals
• If a client is more than 15 minutes late without communication, the session is treated as a No-Show
